Fees & Insurance

Please Note:

We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. All session fees are out-of-pocket, and we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
We also offer group therapy sessions, which can be a more affordable option while still providing meaningful support and connection.
If you have any questions about our fees or services, we’re here to help — just reach out. We’re so glad you’re here and look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Note on insurance: I do not take insurance directly.

Insurance providers require a diagnosis for reimbursement and keep records of treatment which may not be beneficial for some clients, based on their profession or other factors.

I am happy to discuss this further with you during our initial session.

If you still wish to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, I can provide you with documentation to do so.

I am an out-of-networker provider with most insurance plans. Insurance providers typically reimburse 50-80% of session costs.

Please contact your insurance company to determine the specifics of your coverage.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

  • Does my insurance plan have mental health coverage?
  • What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
  • How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
