Mt. Kilimanjaro: A Little Crazy
When I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, I didn’t know I had ADD.
I was still a few years away from even knowing what inattentive adult ADHD was. Back then, even experienced, skilled clinicians like myself still thought of ADHD as a “kid” thing – an adolescent boy uncontrollably zipping around a classroom or staring out the window, daydreaming.
